ATEC’s AGRO TECHNOLOGIES

ATEC has considerable knowledge and engineering expertise in design / engineering / fabrication of Seed Processing, Cattle Feed and Maize Processing Plants, an Overview of which is presented below :

ATEC’s SEED PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

Seed processing is a vital part of the seed production needed to move the improved genetic materials of the plant breeder into commercial channels for feeding the rapidly expanding world population. The farmer must get the quality seed that is free from all undesired materials because farmer’s entire crop depends on it.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Seed processing is that segment of the seed industry responsible for upgrading seed, improving planting condition of seed, and applying chemical protectants to the seed.

ATEC’s Seed processing Plants are equipped with all the machines needed for successful cleaning, grading operations. Figure below presents the flow diagram for a Cotton Seed Hulling Plant :

ATEC’s CATTLE FEED PLANT TECHNOLOGY

Manufacturing process of cattle feed is very simple, proven and time tested.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The process involves grinding, mixing and packaging. The coarse particles of food first grinded in the grinder and, if needed it would be further finned in the pulveriser. After grinding / pulverising all the requisite raw materials are mixed in requisite ratio. This mixed material are packed in the marketable lot. Figure below presents a basic flow sheet of ATEC design Cattle Feed Plant :

ATEC’s MAIZE PROCESSING PLANT TECHNOLOGY

The Current Level Of Maize Yield In India (2.17 MT/Ha) Is Far Behind The Global Average Of 5 MT/Ha, And There Is A Huge Scope For Improvement In Yield By Improving The Adoption Of Hybrids, Particularly In Traditional Maize Growing Regions. With The Growing Demand From Feed And Starch Sector, The Overall Demand For Maize Is Likely To Grow At A Brisk Pace. India Has A Huge Potential To Increase Its Market Share And To Make Its Presence Felt In The Global Maize Market.
