EXCESS AIR (METAL OXIDE CATALYST) FORMALDEHYDE PLANTS

ATEC’s Excess Air (Metal Oxide Catalyst) Process affords simultaneous production of Aqueous Formaldehyde (AF-37 / AF-55) and Urea Formaldehyde concentrate (UFC-85) in the same Plant.

SILVER CATALYST PLANT

ATEC’s Excess Methanol (Silver Catalyst) Process includes latest technological features viz. “Off – Gas Recycle System”.

The Process offered is an upgraded and highly optimized version of the conventional Silver Catalyst Process and affords lower consumption levels of raw material (Methanol) and utilities.
